Printer-friendly Sefirat Haomer Charts to help you track and count the Omer.
This year the Omer chart is available in four versions. Depending on your device, you may need to scroll down/across to see them all. Click on the image to download the PDF.
The original (letter-sized) printer-friendly Sefirat Haomer Chart contains all of the text.

This larger (legal-sized) printer-friendly Sefirat Haomer Chart contains all of the text.

This minimalist (letter-sized) printer-friendly Sefirat Haomer Chart contains just the basics.

This international edition A4-printer-friendly Sefirat Haomer Chart contains page and date formats and other tweaks popular with the international crowd.

My recommendation is to place it on your pillow every morning, and not remove it from your pillow until you are ready to count (or have already counted, e.g., in shul). Then, put it somewhere that will be in your way in the morning (like on top of your wallet or keys), so that you remember to put it on your pillow the next morning. Of course you can also hang it up in a conspicuous place. Either way, be sure to mark off each day as you count (except on shabbos/yom tov).
I first created a Sefirat HaOmer Table in 1998 for personal use (and shared it with a few friends and family). By 2003 I was publishing it online. Over the years I have made improvements based on personal preference and feedback from others. In 2014 I created the larger, legal-sized version. In 2024, I introduced the "minimalist" version and in 2025 I added the international edition.
